We constantly learn and layer our practice, growing and creating freshness and vibrancy. In conversation with colleagues, we clarify and learn.
This series of small group 3hr workshops is a space for collaboration and collegiate conversation. We deepen our appreciation of the work of Moshe Feldenkrais, we appreciate our own ability and gain new perspectives.
What we do:
- Study one of the Amherst Evening series of FI's
- Discuss what we observed and gain new perspectives from each other
- Include ATM to improve and extend our felt sense of what we have seen
- Witness FI demonstration in the studio and practice on a volunteer client you have organised (optional)
