As creatures of habit we think and sense and feel and move in ways we have developed over the years. They served us well in the moment and may or may not be serving us well now. Self-directed learning is our goal, using the activities you enjoy in your life as the way to track progress.
This workshop is a practical way to improve movement for

- Comfortable play on the floor with your children or grand-children
- Effective, efficient movement and optimal action
- General health and well-being
Harmonious efficient movement prevents wear and tear. More important, however, is what it does to the image of ourselves and our relationship to the world around us.
