Sensational Being

How are you feeling?
Your body is telling you something ... are you listening?

Movement is the vehicle.
Sensation is in the foreground.
Unity of body, mind and spirit is uncovered.

As creatures of habit we think and sense and feel and move in ways we have developed over the years. They served us well in the moment and may or may not be serving us well now. Self-directed learning is our goal, using the activities you enjoy in your life as the way to track progress.

This workshop is a practical way to improve movement for

  • Athletes (yoga practitioners, horse riders, runners and more)
  • Those experiencing pain or movement dysfunction
  • Comfortable play on the floor with your children or grand-children
  • Effective, efficient movement and optimal action
  • General health and well-being

Harmonious efficient movement prevents wear and tear. More important, however, is what it does to the image of ourselves and our relationship to the world around us.

The group size is small and lessons are done in various positions, including on the floor. The workshop is suitable for all in good physical and mental health. Please contact Catherine if you have doubts about whether it is suitable for you.
