Walking is my go-to exercise, my psychologist, my companion, and my joy! Some days it is harder to get going than others, but always, I feel better after a walk!
As a human I have two legs and am rather tall, making me somewhat unstable in standing. However, in walking, this is an advantage, giving me an easy way to get going.
