Putting it all together

How do make your life more pleasurable?
How do you apply learning from Feldenkrais classes in your life?
How do you apply Feldenkrais principles and movements in your sport?

These classes will engage movements from the powerful legs and pelvic area to the fine tuning of the head and neck, and the expressive face, eyes and mouth. The nervous system skilfully maintains balance both physically and mentally.

As you direct your self to move with pleasure and awareness, Feldenkrais classes are a path to better posture, reduced back tension or pain, improved athletic performance, and improved resilience to life's challenges.

Times Wednesdays at 6pm commencing 7 July
Lessons last about an hour
Location Online through Zoom, or
by booking at my studio (numbers limited by COVID safety)
Cost Term - 10 lessons for $195
Casual - $30 per session if space

*Registrations will be taken on a first come, first in basis. The classes will only run if there are sufficient registrations. Unfortunately there will be no refunds for lessons if you are unable to attend every class.
