Foundations for Movement; Foundations for Living
What's the best thing to do next?
'It is that practical, embodied intelligence is the deepest, oldest, most fundamental and most important intelligence of the lot; and the others are aspects or outgrowths of this basic, bodily capacity.
Intelligence isn’t a faculty; it is the behaviour of an entire system when it is able to come up with good answers to the perennial question: What’s the best thing to do next?' Guy Claxton 2015
Explore movement and intelligence in action in ways that relate to you and your quality of life. Feldenkrais movement lessons give you opportunities to observe and create new patterns and organization for living the best way you know how.
Many people first encounter Feldenkrais to aid rehabilitation from injury. Most stay on long after any injury is healed or rehabilitation complete because they recognise the on-going benefits in their lives.
As we start a new year, I am not sure what times are going to work best for all of you. Hopefully you will find a time below that will fit, but please send me an email if you really want to join in and these times don't work. Perhaps it will be possible to find another time or even have a workshop for a specific interest group. |
