As creatures of habit we think and sense and feel and move in ways we have developed over the years. They served us well in the moment and may or may not be serving us well now. Joining a Feldenkrais class will give you the opportunity to observe yourself in action, to recover patterns no longer used and to experience new ones.
Consider the unpredictability of the present moment, the feeling quality of possibility, of a freshness of moving and learning.
Many people first encounter Feldenkrais to aid rehabilitation from injury. Most stay on long after any injury is healed or rehabilitation complete because they recognise the ongoing benefits in their lives. |
