Rekindle and grow the quality of lightness and ease in your life. We are animate beings and are born moving; at times our sense of liveliness bubbles over. At other times our liveliness is dulled by trials or tribulations or injury.
The movement is an illusion. I'm not after flexible bodies, I'm after flexible minds. However, the fastest road to a flexible mind is through the movements that represent the internal state of the nervous system.
